The Position
A real ideas person, you’ll approach every project with fresh curiosity and boundless potential.

You’ll bring creative briefs to life using innovative concepts, sharp instincts and sound strategic reasoning; getting to the root of challenges to deliver brand and packaging that’s nothing short of stunning. 

A confident communicator, you’ll know how to translate information for different audiences - able to pitch and present to clients with pinpoint precision while getting everyone excited about the creative future of the agency.

Leading, mentoring and getting well and truly stuck into the culture, you’ll make it your mission to model not only what a great designer can do, but how to elevate the craft - a hands-on and dependable manager for your team.

What We’re Looking For
A brand and packaging mastermind, you’ll have built an impressive reputation for yourself in the industry and be looking to start an exciting new chapter!

We’re after someone who can wear lots of hats - creative expert, skilled designer, confident pitcher, inspiring leader and star strategist. You’ll be someone who always commands a room, with the tried and tested managerial skills to nurture a talented team.

Flexibility and collaboration will be two of your key priorities, and you’ll be open to either relocating to Dublin full-time or spending a week out of the month on-site.
