The Position
With your strong understanding of brand development processes, you’ll know exactly how to take a project from research stages straight through to implementation, pulling on your expert research, analytical and insight development skills to make each project a great one. 

You’ll take the lead on strategic thinking by developing brand positioning, purpose, values and messaging frameworks, conducting audience, competitor and market research to gather key insights, as well as monitoring performance and getting hands-on when it comes to workshops. 

A confident and concise communicator both on paper and off, you’ll write clear and inspiring briefs as well as present strategic thinking with ease to colleagues and clients alike, talking through rationale and impact with plenty of persuasion! 

What We’re Looking For
With some key strategy experience within a creative, branding or digital agency up your sleeve already, you’ll be someone with a keen sense of storytelling, able to take complex information and transform it into clear narratives and great ideas.

Collaborative and curious, you’re someone who can work well across multiple teams, looking to learn from and motivate those around you, and you know exactly how to utilise this skill when it comes to facilitating client workshops and stakeholder interviews.

If you have an understanding of digital brand experience and content strategy, this would be sure to put a smile on our faces!
