The Role
You'll design and build recruiter-facing interfaces in Airtable that turn complex, linked data into tools people genuinely want to use daily. Client dashboards, candidate views, activity tracking, and account health indicators: all designed so consultants, managers, and admins see exactly what they need without the noise.

You'll structure data hierarchies and permission levels, build and maintain Make.com automation scenarios including data syncs and enrichment pipelines, and connect tools via APIs and webhooks where native integrations fall short. This is immediate interface design work growing into wider automation and pipeline ownership as the roadmap develops.

You're working across the core no-code stack - Airtable, Make.com, n8n, JobAdder ATS, Claude API - designing for multiple user levels within a business that places talent into some of the world's most respected creative businesses and works with global brands across the UK, Europe, and North America markets.

The Person
You're a Freelance Automation Specialist currently working with no-code platforms, likely supporting operations teams or agencies with workflow automation.

Strong Airtable interface design experience with Make.com or n8n is key. You're comfortable with API integrations, have an information design sensibility for making complex data readable, and work independently without hand-holding.
