The Role
You'll lead motion design that brings systematic brand thinking to a 5,000-person global business. You'll create motion systems for campaigns, product launches, and brand experiences, from digital platforms to physical exhibitions and global conferences. 

This isn't motion as decoration: you'll contribute creatively from immersion and strategy phases, helping shape ideas before they reach animation and translating brand strategy into motion principles that work across an ecosystem of 200+ products. You'll present concepts to leadership, manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, and help establish motion standards within a growing studio that includes talent from some of the industry's most respected agencies.
