The Role
You'll own senior relationships with existing US clients and convert inbound interest into new business. Growth here is consultative - client conversations, industry engagement, and a network you build and let convert on its own timeline, including deals that take a year to pay off.

You'll also stand up the operation itself: office setup, hiring as things scale, visas, compliance, the administrative essentials. This is prestige client work and genuine operational groundwork in the same role. A year in, the shape of it isn't fully knowable today - that ambiguity is the point, and the reason it carries real influence over how the US chapter takes form.

You've grown accounts and driven new business, and can point to senior relationships you personally owned and grew, not just managed. You're at ease in the room and on the circuit, comfortable with ambiguity, and willing to do the work of building something alongside the client work.
