The Role
You'd take creative ideas that already exist and give them a distinctive visual voice by building the design systems, campaign lock-ups and craft that scale a single thought across a whole campaign ecosystem.

Your strength is craft and systems thinking - receiving a direction and amplifying it into something polished and scalable. Much of the near-term work sits around the four-year football platform: campaign identities, title treatments, lock-ups and championship wrappers. Motion skills matter too; the team's motion-leaning junior is stretched, so After Effects capability would be useful.
