A strategy-first brand design agency with multiple awards has restructured its three-person strategy team to handle significant growth across global beauty and drinks brands. This creates a rare opening for a Senior Strategist to own strategic narratives and client relationships that would be gatekept by multiple layers elsewhere.

The Role
Own the strategic foundation that drives creative work, translating client challenges into clear narratives that shape how the design team creates brand experiences - leading the strategic direction on allocated projects independently, taking ownership of client-facing presentations, and building direct stakeholder relationships. You'll facilitate client workshops and interviews, and dive into challenges with confidence to uncover strategic foundations for creative solutions.

Contributing to new business pitches while mentoring junior team members and collaborating with strategy leadership, this role bridges strategy directors and smaller briefs, ensuring every project gets strategic rigor whether it's for major global brands or boutique personal care accounts. You'll work on briefs matched to your talent and skill set rather than just your seniority level - access to high-stakes projects that network agencies would never allow.

The Person
A Senior Strategist with 5+ years of experience, ideally about a year into your senior role with solid brand identity and packaging experience. You're comfortable leading client presentations independently and have proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships.

Experience in personal care, FMCG, or premium spirits gives you the foundation to hit the ground running on current account work.
