The Role
You'll lead strategy across all client engagements, from initial kickoff through creative delivery. This means defining how brands can shift entire categories by identifying cultural tensions and market opportunities that others miss. You'll work with billion-dollar CPG companies and entrepreneurs launching new-to-world brands - requiring you to move fluidly between established corporate structures and startup agility.

Your strategic thinking shapes every major decision. You'll conduct brand audits, competitive positioning, and design assessments that inform creative direction. You'll facilitate co-creation sessions with clients and internal teams, ensuring strategic alignment drives the work forward rather than justifying decisions already made.

The role includes budget management for the strategy department and developing team members across every project. You'll lead strategy scope for new business opportunities and establish strategic partnerships with research providers and external specialists to expand the agency's influence and capabilities.

$125,000 - $180,000

The Person
A Senior Strategist with 7 - 10 years of experience, including some solid experience in CPG brand strategy. You've worked at mid-to-large branding agencies, managing both emerging brands and established CPG companies, and you’re more than comfortable presenting to C-suite executives and leading difficult client conversations. 

You have experience with budget management and team development, and you're ready to establish yourself as a Strategy Director whose thinking meaningfully shapes brand direction.
