The Role
You'll lead brand strategy projects from inception to completion, working directly with senior clients to shape project direction and outcomes. This means conducting deep research and customer insight analysis to uncover challenges and opportunities, then translating complex strategic thinking into clear, compelling solutions for internal teams and clients. 

You'll mentor junior team members while developing brand strategies and creative solutions that drive measurable business impact across a diverse client portfolio. The role exists to uncover and solve client challenges through strategic thinking that bridges consultancy-level rigour with creative agency capabilities - accessing C-suite strategic conversations typically reserved for pure consultancies while maintaining brand-building focus.

A Senior Strategist with 5-8 years of experience from a creative or strategic agency background, currently working at a mid-to-senior level. 

You have demonstrable experience building brands from the ground up, understand the full design and brand process, and can present case studies of exceeding expectations. You're likely working at agencies serving premium clients but seeking the strategic depth and management consultancy rigour that defines this environment.
