The Position
You’ll elevate the agency’s already impressive output by utilizing your outside-of-the-box thinking, creativity and versatility, getting right to the heart of a project and solving problems to help you get there! 

Taking the strategic lead on a number of projects, you’ll show ownership when it comes to holding business development conversations with clients, inspiring them along the way and representing the studio in the best way possible. 

Shaping the strategic direction of the agency, you’ll oversee, nurture and inspire your team because you understand that collaboration is the key to success! You’ll motivate and mentor those around you to develop and finesse their skills and craft.

An engaging communicator and presenter, you know how to effectively connect with people, always looking to build strong and genuine relationships wherever you go.

What We’re Looking For
An experienced and articulate Associate Strategy Director, someone who is both pragmatic and imaginative. 

Leadership experience, particularly in agency environments, is exactly what we’re after here, with a real focus on new business development too. You’ll have worked on global creative strategy projects, and the more high-end, luxury brands you’ve done this for, the better! 

You’ll talk us through your proven ability to manage teams and clients effectively, with strong communication and pitching skills to back you up, but most importantly, you’ll be an open-minded individual with an unmatched head for strategy and a strong set of interpersonal skills.
