The Booking Joining this leading Medtech platform company for some upcoming projects, you'll be driving profitable growth by creating high-performing, trend-driven content for paid social channels. Your core responsibilities will cover: Analysis: - Utilising data, user research, industry benchmarking, and experiment results to continue building the paid social playbook (Meta and TikTok) - Reviewing experiment results and performance data with Paid Social Managers to identify new opportunities and areas for development/iteration Ideation: - Hosting periodical creative brainstorming and ideation sessions with the Paid Social Manager, brand, creative and wider growth teams to generate a pipeline of innovative content ideas - Prioritising and refining these ideas, transforming them into actionable content strategies, concepts and campaigns that align with the brand's growth objectives Social Content Creation: - Developing and bringing to life content ideas, producing engaging ‘UGC’ and brand-led video and static content - Overseeing the end-to-end paid social content creation process, from filming to final production, ensuring social native principles and adhering to brand guidelines What’s On Offer? £300 - £375 per day Hybrid working (3 days WFH) Ongoing collaborations Collaborative studio environment Large-scale brand projects Autonomy over social delivery What We’re Looking For We're looking for a social-savvy creative who lives and breathes TikTok and Instagram, knows exactly how to tap into native trends, and is ready to turn insights into scroll-stopping ads that deliver results! You'll know your stuff when it comes to trends and cultural insight, you understand the conversations and shifts that are happening, and you're able to take this knowledge into exciting project work. You'll be working closely with the Creative Lead to complete tasks and present ideas, so we need someone who can hit the ground running, take on concept and copy, as well as shooting and editing.
