The Position With a contagiously positive attitude, you’ll lead the way by staying on top of each of your web-based accounts, making sure they’re running smoothly and efficiently. The management of web retainers is the core focus of this role, so you'll spend your time ensuring that each project is completed to the highest quality possible. Dedicated and adaptable, you’ll cherish every opportunity you get to speak with your clients and help them achieve their goals. You’ll work closely with them, always maintaining an open line of communication and looking to grow and expand each account where possible. You’ll spin multiple plates at once, keeping a beady eye on the finer details and your finger on the pulse of all moving parts to identify blockers and solutions that can ensure the short and long-term success of projects. What We’re Looking For Energetic and trustworthy, we’re looking for an individual who has experience working on digital projects, and we’re particularly interested in any website projects you’ve worked your magic on. You’ll be a natural people person with an impressive drive to get the most out of everyone you work with - a real team player. You’ll have no qualms about getting stuck in yourself, eager to go that extra mile to ensure the very best work is delivered to your clients. Last but not least, SEO, paid and social experience would definitely come in handy here, too!
