The Role
You will own the client relationship from brief to delivery across a portfolio of hospitality, lifestyle and real estate brands. This means being the senior-level face of the agency for its most important accounts - translating creative ambition into delivery that sticks, and turning client confidence into partnerships that grow.

Your day-to-day covers building project plans, managing budgets and timelines, leading client meetings independently, and supporting business development through estimates and statements of work. There’s a genuinely senior reporting line where your influence on leadership decisions is real, not theoretical.

This is Account Director work at a scale where your fingerprints are visible on every major account, not process management several steps removed from the work.

The Package
$145,000 - $175,000. Hybrid working with a flexible split between office and remote. August off policy. 401K with company matching, plus travel opportunities tied to client work.

The Person
You are a Senior Account Manager or Account Director currently at a boutique or mid-sized agency, with 5 - 10 years in hospitality, luxury lifestyle or real estate. You’ll have an impeccable set of critical thinking, project management and client management skills, able to perfectly balance identifying opportunities for strategic growth and ensuring the successful delivery of briefs.
