The Position
Shaping and driving the regional marketing strategy, you’ll look to support business growth and enable the success of projects, maintaining the highest brand standards along the way. 

Autonomous and supportive, you’ll split your time between regional marketing leadership, brand stewardship, project marketing support, new business, profile building and knowledge sharing, looking to build successful relationships across the board and expand on the already incredible marketing output. 

You’ll work in a strategic manner, always keeping a bird’s eye view across each and every project and lending a helping hand wherever needed, quickly becoming a real guide for the team around you.  

What We’re Looking For
Proactive, collaborative and an expert when it comes to ensuring marketing activity aligns with both regional and group brand strategies, you’ll be a Marketing Manager who thrives on a challenge.

You’ll have a background in B2B, so the opportunity to take the reins by leading communications with internal and external stakeholders is exactly what you’re after. You’re confident in front of clients, ready to go that extra mile to gain buy-in from those around you, really taking this role and running with it. 

If you have experience managing a budget and have worked within the property sector before, these would be massive ticks for this role, but what’s most important is that you are a seamless collaborator and a real brand ambassador too!
