Founded two years ago, this is a fast-growing creative agency! A team of 8 specialising in branding, creative strategy and campaigns, they've built a strong online presence through social (Instagram & TikTok), sharing their thinking process via reels and behind-the-scenes content.

This has become their primary client acquisition channel: brands see their work, connect with their approach, and reach out directly. And now, they're ready for the next stage of growth.

What’s On Offer?
£45,000 - £50,000 pro rata
Hybrid working 
Part-time, flexible on days per week (2.5 - 3)
5% commission on deals won

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking to speak to Freelance Business Development Managers to help this client shift from volume-based inbound work to larger, higher-value strategic projects.

You'll lead outbound outreach in a considered, high-quality way, ready to execute tailored pitches to bigger brands and open doors that create strategic conversations.
