We are seeking an experienced Freelance Senior Account Manager to lead a major global redesign programme for a leading drinks brand.

This is a high-profile, strategically significant assignment at the centre of a complex, multi-market transformation. The role sits across the international beverage team with strong EU crossover, working closely with teams in London, Dublin, and global partner markets alike. 

Initially offered as a 3-month contract, there is a strong likelihood of extension as the programme evolves, moving inside IR35 after 3 months of working.

What We’re Looking For
We're looking for someone with top-tier agency experience who is confident and comfortable working with and managing conversations with senior and executive stakeholders and clients. You'll have a proven track record taking the lead on complex, international programmes, paired with the demonstrated ability to operate autonomously within large global organisations. 

Leading the client relationship across a large-scale global brand redesign programme, you'll act as the senior day-to-day strategic partner to international stakeholders, navigating complex governance structures and matrixed decision-making environments and driving alignment across international and EU teams.

You're exactly the sort of person who can ensure clarity, momentum and operational excellence across multiple markets, partnering with strategy and creative leads to ensure cohesive global rollout. This role requires someone comfortable operating within a sophisticated global FMCG structure, with the ability to quickly understand and manage organisational complexity. A few nice-to-haves for this one include experience across drinks or broader FMCG categories, and multi-market or global brand systems accounts.
