A global network agency has just completed a major relaunch, unifying three specialist studios under one platform, connecting 1800+ creators across 21 countries. This new structure creates opportunities to sell across capabilities that previously sat in separate businesses.

The Role
You'll own the client relationship on a £4 million account that has run for 30 years. This is about managing an established partnership while identifying growth opportunities across packaging, digital activation, eCommerce, and visual identity work.

Your day-to-day centres on translating business needs into actionable briefs, structuring client conversations that move relationships forward, and hitting monthly revenue targets. You'll cascade weekly goals to the account management team and mentor six client services colleagues on project and financial management.

You'll manage the full project lifecycle from cost proposals through to month-end reporting, partnering with design and resource teams to balance client demands with studio capacity. The work spans traditional packaging through to digital activation - building a commercial portfolio across multiple disciplines.

This role reports to an Account Director within a 20-person department that includes strategists and designers. You'll be setting the standard for how client service operates across the function.

The Person
Someone with 4-6 years in brand or packaging agency client service, currently handling major FMCG accounts. You understand brand management and the strategic design process, with commercial acumen and emerging coaching skills.

You're confident presenting to clients and excel at project management, and most importantly, you're drawn to legacy accounts where you can build long-term partnerships while driving growth across new capabilities.
