The Role
You'll manage client projects with significant independence - handling both the administrative execution and direct client communication that keeps complex briefs moving. Your portfolio spans mid-tier clients across diverse sectors, running projects from briefing through delivery while building the confidence and capability to progress toward senior-level work.

This role exists because the agency is expanding, not replacing. You'll collaborate closely with the creative team to ensure delivery aligns with client expectations, with mentorship from leadership that is actively committed to developing talent through the ranks. The work crosses gaming, retained clients, and what leadership describes as projects in weird and wonderful places.
