The studio operates its own in-house production capability alongside creative services, meaning you'll assess and optimise concepts as they evolve rather than inherit fully-formed problems.

The Role
You'll orchestrate the transformation of creative concepts into physical executions for brand activations and retail experiences by translating creative vision into practical build solutions, managing materials and fabrication, and overseeing construction through to installation.

You'll run multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining quality standards across tight timelines and budgets. The role requires building strong supplier and contractor relationships, identifying issues before they become problems, and keeping creative teams, client services, and stakeholders aligned throughout delivery.

Working within an integrated studio structure, you'll be involved during the creative process rather than just receiving briefs. When concepts evolve, you'll have the ability to assess what's achievable and suggest alternatives that maintain creative ambition while ensuring delivery reality.

The Person
You're currently managing production for brand activations, retail experiences, or experiential marketing with 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience. You understand materials and fabrication methods, have established supplier relationships, and know how to manage the physical build and installation of campaigns or retail environments.

You're likely at a mid-tier experiential agency or brand activation team, managing multiple projects but ready for the next step up to higher-profile global campaigns with more creative ambition.
