This is an Account Director role that sits inside that independent Leeds branding studio where you'll hold the relationship, steer the work, and deal directly with the clients.

The Role
You'll be the trusted lead on multiple strategic branding accounts at once - owning delivery across the full lifecycle, protecting the quality of the work, and holding the commercial steer that turns ambitious brands into long-term, growing relationships.

Day-to-day, that means translating client business objectives into creative solutions, leading senior stakeholders through presentations that secure buy-in, and spotting the expansion opportunities that grow an account rather than just service it. You'll work directly with the creative team to solve problems in real time, and you'll mentor junior account handlers, setting the standard others work to.

You're an Account Director now, or a Senior Account Manager ready to step up, from a branding, design or creative agency. Your background is FMCG: brand and packaging work in categories like food, drink, sports nutrition or alcohol.

You already juggle multiple live projects, own senior client relationships, manage profitability, and mentor more junior handlers. What you want next is the authority to match the accountability.
