The Position
Thinking holistically about creative solutions, unafraid to push creative boundaries with your ideas and becoming a true advocate for consistently improving and developing your craft, you’ll quickly become an integral part of this talented team. 

As a team leader, you’ll be more than happy to control and direct projects from concept through to delivery, lending a skilled hand across different disciplines to craft innovative and exciting work, as well as nurture and inspire junior members of the team.

Strong communication skills are key here, and you’ll feel well within your element when leading meetings, cultivating partnerships with other teams and leading client presentations.

What We’re Looking For
A talented and ambitious Senior Designer who can craft and conceptualise in equal measure; someone who can not only come up with ideas but deliver them too.

We’re looking for a portfolio that’s bursting with beautiful and unique visuals, showcasing your strong concepting skills and technical ability as well as your impressive experience by highlighting your thought processes, inspiration and flawless execution of design. 

You'll always be looking for ways to improve and develop your craft, so you're excited about new software and technologies, particularly focused on AI and understanding how you can utilize it within your work. In a nutshell, we’re looking for someone passionate about big ideas who knows the true value of design!
