The Position
With a real focus on strategy and mentorship, you’ll take this talented design team to new heights, take the lead on strategy conversations with clients and support new business workshops and pitches, too.

Hands-on too, you’ll work your magic across animation, motion, campaigns and web, putting your creative chops to good use. 

A real problem solver, you’ll get well and truly stuck into the creative process and take the time to understand each client’s brief and individual needs, always putting your keen eye for detail to good use!

What We’re Looking For
Just as comfortable in front of clients as you are leading your team, you’ll be an experienced Creative Director with an incredible background in design.

We’d love to see your portfolio that shows your creative skillset and strong aesthetic focus, so be sure to fill it with vibrant, colourful work that spans a diverse range of exciting projects and clients. 

You’ll be a really confident communicator, someone who can sell ideas through conversation, steer those around you and really help to ensure an accountable, proactive and enthusiastic working environment. If that sounds like you, then we definitely want to hear from you!
