We’ve built a presence and momentum - trusted relationships across brand and design agency clients, a talented team, and an ever-growing community.
The role You’ll step into a warm, growing desk - backed by trusted relationships and an enviable client base. Working closely with our London Directors and senior counterparts, you’ll take ownership of briefs across the brand and design landscape - with a focus on strategy, client services, agency growth, and leadership roles.
Our goal is for every recruiter at Craft to build a deep, defined specialism. We’ll work with you to hone, simplify, and grow a market that breeds success and scale.
You won’t be expected to arrive as a finished article. But you will be someone who’s drawn to expertise - who wants to understand a market properly, and who brings energy, consistency, and commercial edge to a team that’s moving fast.
