The Position
Directing projects and people, you’ll make the most of your expert management skills to lead and build the team and create work that’s bold and beautiful.

Conceptual thinking will come naturally to you, and you’ll be a consistent source of inspiration for the team - a positive and encouraging presence who stimulates great design practice and heaps of creative thinking. 

You’ll be happy to roll up your sleeves and get stuck into projects yourself, utilizing your digital design chops to deliver work that blows people away. Ultimately, you’ll set the bar high for developing digital solutions which solve your client’s problems and empower your team to do the same.

What We’re Looking For
A Design Director with a real tech focus, we’re talking wicked digital skills (both front end & back end) paired with the ability to confidently lead, manage and develop teams.

You’ll have a stunning portfolio that outlines your hospitality, real estate and lifestyle experience, you’re someone who understands the nuances of a luxury aesthetic and the branding process involved, plus we want to hear all about your impressive leadership experience too.

With your flexible approach, you’ll be excited by the variety this role has to offer you. We’re looking for someone who can take charge but remain hands-on, happy to get involved in projects, work directly with clients, pitch presentations and collaborate effectively to ensure stellar outcomes.
