The Position
Playing a crucial role in leading and directing the wider team, you’ll act as the glue that holds things together. You’ll provide coaching and mentorship, ensuring the smooth running of projects - hitting the brief and budget every time! 

You’ll work directly with and present to clients with ease, selling the how and why behind your concepts and inspiring beautiful work with the passion and conviction of a true creative leader.

Just as ready to roll up your own sleeves, you’ll make the most of your stellar design skills, conceptual eye, and innovative approach, spotting opportunities and market trends which could help your clients and the agency to grow. 

What We’re Looking For
A driven and confident Associate Design Director, a Designer with the ability to be client-facing, working strategically with different teams and prioritising your team’s growth. 

We’re after a brand identity background within an agency environment, and your portfolio will highlight your impressive mix of clients, from CPG and hospitality to corporate branding and anything else you’ve worked your magic across. Any motion experience? Even better!

Last but not least, you’ll be someone looking to nurture talent and help those around you to grow and succeed - you’ll care about what you do and know how to inspire the same in others!
