The studio behind some recent global rebrands - they’ve built their reputation on ambitious, concept-led work across entertainment, travel, and culture. A Senior Designer here works directly on global-scale identity projects that define career portfolios.

The Role
You will drive creative output from initial concept through to final delivery. This means leading design thinking on briefs, shaping how projects evolve, and ensuring execution meets the studio's craft standards.

You will manage and distribute work within the team, direct clearly following client feedback, and roll out design delivery across multiple touchpoints. The role includes creating and presenting creative work to clients - putting you in the room where concepts are sold, not just produced.

You will work in support of Design Directors and Creative Directors, but own the creative development between director-level strategy and junior execution. Without this role, projects lose a senior creative voice at the crucial middle stage where concepts become campaigns.

The Person
You are a Designer with 3 - 6 years of experience at mid-weight or senior level within a brand, identity, or creative agency. You produce solid work but want more ownership and exposure to global-calibre briefs.

You may be at a studio with good craft but limited client variety, or part of a larger network where individual impact gets diluted. You are ready to lead creative development and present work directly to clients on projects that will anchor the next chapter of your portfolio.
