The Position
Taking hold of the reins, you’ll be confident to take ownership of the social and content output of the agency, setting standards from day one. You’ll collaborate, concept, manage and lead, looking to promote a culture of creative excellence by refining processes and enhancing communication.

You’ll also take on responsibility for the social content ecosystem and in-house studio capability, keeping your keen eye for detail across content direction, workflow optimisation, creative integration, delivery, and the studio as a whole. 

You’ll create, articulate and pitch, showcasing you and your team's clear perspective and unique creativity, looking to champion the ideas you have and inspire those around you to assess and enhance their skills, always ensuring every piece of content has strategic clarity, production excellence and measurable impact. 

What We’re Looking For
We’re after someone with proven creative leadership, confident managing and inspiring Designers, Video Producers and Content Creators alike, paired with a track record of building high-performing teams and strong visual judgement and design sensibility, too.

You’ll have a strong instinct for balancing creativity with performance, and a deep understanding of cross-channel content strategy, really understanding the ins and outs of what performs across social, digital, web and campaign environments.

Hands-on production experience is key here, so you’ll know your stuff when it comes to pre-production planning, directing, shooting, editing, motion graphics and advanced design execution. All in all, you’ll be a Creative Director with plenty of compelling and effective ideas, and the operational confidence and communication skills to make them a reality!
