The Role
You will lead brand identity projects from concept through to digital implementation across an 18-person studio that removes the traditional barriers between disciplines. This means directing design teams on notable client work, overseeing motion design execution, and ensuring brand systems translate seamlessly into website builds.

You'll work directly with the three founding partners on a growing roster that includes major consumer brands and an ongoing design and development retainer that spans brand strategy to digital campaigns. The studio's rapid growth from startup scale to established team means you'll help shape creative standards as they expand their offering from web-focused work to complete brand builds.
