The Role
You'll lead brand identity projects from initial concept through to final delivery, owning the creative development that transforms business challenges into distinctive visual solutions. This means originating ideas, not just executing them - contributing strategic thinking that reflects current market understanding and deeper brand insight. You'll collaborate directly with clients to understand their briefs, communicate creative progress, and refine deliverables that need to work across global markets and competitive retail environments.

The work spans brand strategy, identity development and experiential design for major consumer packaged goods brands. You'll be working within a multi-disciplinary team of designers, writers, 3D artists and makers, where your role extends beyond visual craft to include the strategic thinking that drives each project forward. Client liaison is part of the position - you'll present concepts, gather feedback, and ensure final work exceeds expectations.

£40,000 - £50,000
Onsite working (hybrid options available)
Four-day working week 
35 days holiday plus bank holidays and Christmas shutdown

The Person
A Senior-level Designer with 5-7 years of experience working on brand identity projects, particularly within consumer packaged goods and similar consumer-facing sectors. You've worked at a high-end brand and packaging agency, with a portfolio demonstrating successful projects you've seen through from concept to completion. 

Experience working with global FMCG brands is essential - you understand both the strategic foundations and hands-on execution required when work needs to perform across different markets. You're comfortable presenting creative work to clients and collaborating across different disciplines.
