The Role
You'll own projects from strategic brief through final delivery, developing brand concepts and visual identities that carry real commercial weight. This means translating brand strategy into compelling visual solutions, taking creative leadership on identity work, and presenting concepts directly to global clients. 

You'll collaborate across the studio to ensure strategic thinking shapes every visual decision, staying ahead of design trends while building work that reflects a deep understanding of consumer behaviour. The expectation is clear: bring ideas, contribute thinking, and help shape creative direction rather than simply execute instructions.

The Person
An ambitious Midweight Designer with 3 - 5 years developing identities for consumer packaged goods, currently working at a design consultancy or in-house team. Your portfolio shows brand work from strategy through completion, and you're comfortable presenting to clients and taking ownership of projects. 

You need both brand identity experience and a CPG background - this role requires someone who understands how visual systems work at scale across different consumer touchpoints.
