The Role
You'll lead design direction and mentorship for a distributed creative team spanning three locations, owning conceptual development and visual strategy across brand, digital, and motion work. This means translating strategic insight into compelling executions, presenting and selling design work to clients, and guiding two senior designers, two junior digital-focused designers, and a motion specialist.
You'll collaborate across a hybrid studio model covering brand identity, digital products, and content creation, building processes that scale creative output as the team grows toward 28 - 30 people. The Creative Director values methodical thinking and mentorship over ego - this is a team hungry for guidance in an environment with a clear growth trajectory to Associate Creative Director level.

Hybrid working: three days in-office, two days remote
Work-from-anywhere: up to one month per year globally

The Person
