The Role
You'll lead design-driven projects from concept to delivery across major consumer brands, generating the core creative concepts for presentations and directing mid-sized briefs independently. This means designing both solo and collaboratively, depending on project scale, presenting work with conviction to clients and internal teams, and challenging senior creatives with innovative thinking. 

You'll art direct shoots and supplier briefs across illustration, lettering, and photography, while questioning briefs and contributing strongly to design critiques. The work spans brand worlds, global campaigns, and packaging revitalisation - often international in scope with real creative authority to influence which concepts get selected and how they're implemented.
