The Role
You'll work with a Design Director to deliver digital-first creative concepts that shift property and construction brands away from template-based thinking. This means leading digital creative concepts and campaigns, translating strategic insight into work across landing pages, campaign sites, and social media assets that connect with B2B audiences demanding more sophisticated digital campaigns.

The work is motion-heavy - you'll develop animation work using After Effects to bring campaigns to life. You'll work with AI tools like Midjourney and Firefly as standard practice within a Figma-first workflow. The client base includes global paint manufacturers, trade centres, and tile specialists - brands actively asking for more digital-first thinking, meaning your work will be strategically positioned and immediately relevant.

You're joining a fully integrated team with in-house strategy and development. The timing matters: clients are moving towards digital-first campaigns, positioning this as a role where you'll contribute ideas and creative thinking rather than execute instructions.

The Person
A digital native Designer with 3-6 years of experience creating live digital campaigns rather than static portfolio pieces. You're skilled in After Effects for motion work, proficient with AI tools, and work Figma-first.

You understand landing page and campaign site requirements and want to move from executing instructions to shaping early creative direction.
