The Role
This is design work where strategy informs concept and concept drives system, so you’ll own the development of brand concepts across diverse applications, from identity systems to motion and interaction design, generating creative direction, executing design systems and paying attention to how individual elements speak to each other.

The role spans conceptual development through execution - sketching and exploring design systems, collaborating with motion designers on dynamic applications, and developing creative direction informed by strategic insight. You'll present work to clients alongside the team, attend strategy sessions, and help mentor junior designers. 

This is all about creating unique brand identities that adapt dynamically across everything an organisation owns, does, and produces. You’ll work directly with senior creative leadership to refine design expression and elevate studio output, and you'll collaborate on art direction for photography and illustration, contributing to both commercial projects and internal creative exploration.

The Person
A Designer with 4 - 5 years' professional experience, ready to step into senior responsibilities. You have strong systems thinking capabilities and can demonstrate how design elements work together holistically. 

Experience across brand identity with some motion capabilities, plus leadership potential while remaining hands-on with craft, is exactly what we’re after. You're ready to own your creative vision more autonomously.
