Building brands for the companies redefining entire categories requires a different approach. This global branding agency has created the visual identities for some of the most recognizable direct-to-consumer brands and tech startups of the last decade.

Their client roster spans household names and established retailers alongside future-forward technology companies that will define the next decade of commerce.

The Role
You'll translate brand strategy into dynamic visual systems that work across every touchpoint these fast-moving companies need. One week you're developing the brand world for an AI assistant, the next you're working on industrial heat technology - the pace is rapid, and the creative challenges shift constantly. 

You'll lead conceptual development from initial strategy through final delivery, collaborating with Creative Directors and Design Leads who expect you to push ideas forward while keeping execution grounded. The studio operates with cutting-edge design tools as standard practice - AI-assisted design, motion, and experimental platforms are integrated into daily workflow, not treated as future possibilities. You'll work within brand groups of 3 - 4 designers, moving between teams as projects demand, setting craft standards and mentoring junior talent. 

This is hands-on creative work with genuine conceptual ownership, not refinement of established corporate identities.

The Person
A Senior Designer with 5+ years at agencies who's ready for the intensity and creative freedom of working with category-disrupting startups. You have foundational brand skills, but also bring motion design, AI tools, systems thinking, or other capabilities that you use regularly. 

You're comfortable moving between vastly different project types at speed, and you thrive when conceptual ownership sits with you, not elsewhere.
