The Role
You'll lead digital design across a diverse client portfolio, from discovery and user research through concepting, design, prototyping, and deployment. This means creating websites, apps, and e-commerce experiences for growth-stage clients and pre-launch brands that need to stand out in competitive categories from day one.

You'll work independently on projects while collaborating with strategists, copywriters, engineers, and other designers across the studio's client-focused groups. You'll help establish best practices around conversion and optimization, and contribute to defining how the studio approaches digital as the practice scales.

The role sits within a digital practice of six designers distributed across multiple groups rather than as a centralized team. This is a place that values self-starters with strong design intuition and the willingness to learn independently.
