The Role
You'll lead the creative direction across a real mix of concurrent projects for early-stage startups and scaling founders. This means driving both social campaigns and brand identity work with the distinctive, sometimes kitschy sensibility the studio is known for. You'll collaborate intensively with the creative team in real-time, reviewing and building on colleagues' work rather than working in silos. 

The role includes mentoring junior and mid-level Designers through constant dialogue, developing their taste and problem-solving approach. You'll work closely with the Operations Director and founding team on project kickoffs and pitches while maintaining creative excellence across all deliverables.
