The Role
As the Art Director on the New York communications team, you’ll own the creative vision by taking the lead on creative strategy and art direction, end-to-end across an unusually wide canvas: 2D visual design, 3D environmental and product visualisation, photography, video, packaging, and physical display environments, including tradeshow and product-demonstration spaces.

You’ll direct specialists - visual designers, 3D artists, photographers, videographers, packaging designers - rather than executing alone, and you’ll run creative reviews, present to senior leadership, and act as the escalation point on strategic creative decisions. You’ll also help recruit and develop the NYC team, shaping who joins and the standard they work to.

The Person
You're a generalist creative leader, roughly seven to ten years in, with a strong graphic and visual design foundation and real breadth across print, digital, 3D, packaging and environmental work. You've directed specialists, not only produced. 

You want to own creative direction, to be known for your judgement rather than just contributing to decisions made above you.
