You'd be the first, joining this boutique agency, where the work runs across brand, digital and motion, but motion is increasingly where identity begins rather than where it ends. 

This is a place where animation informs every design decision that follows, not the other way round, and we’re looking for a Motion Designer to keep these standards high. 

The Role
You'll take creative ownership of projects, not just execute them. That means bringing ideas, sketching thinking, and shaping early direction alongside the two co-founders, both with motion backgrounds.

You'll speak fluently about motion implementation while holding strong foundational design thinking. Work spans large global brands and smaller craft commissions, so the range is genuine.

The Person
You're a Motion Designer early in your career - a strong junior or early-mid. You understand how to animate, not just build rigs and expressions, and you can make personality out of movement. You're endlessly curious about the craft, always picking up new software, and you want to grow with a small team.
