The Role
You'll support senior designers across live projects spanning branding, identity, packaging, film, motion and web, helping to develop visual narratives and design solutions, learning to manage your own time on tasks, contributing to proposals, and beginning to present smaller components to clients directly.

The studio runs as a fast-moving, semi-autonomous team, which means real responsibility sits within your level. You'll build your craft foundations by proximity, watching how experienced designers think, and forming your own point of view through experimentation. The work genuinely ranges: packaging one week, motion or brand experience the next.
