We're after Product Designers to join this expert team of Designers at this exciting global tech company in Amsterdam for the remainder of the year.

Working with an international team but based in Amsterdam, you'll collaborate with stakeholders across multiple functions, levels and geographies. It's important you're open to working with US time zones, as meetings with the US team are expected to be taken until 8 pm, 1-2 days a week. With this in mind, there is flexibility on offer for start and end times across the week to balance the hours.

Day-to-day, you will:
- Design seamless payment experiences for consumers & earners
- Break down large, ambiguous problems into simple solutions
- Raise the bar on design quality across the organisation
- Create strong partnerships with insights functions like UXR and data science to develop scalable solutions that address user needs and pain points
- Draw from existing brand guidelines and standards to maintain consistency across design language and patterns

What We’re Looking For
We're looking for Product Designers with a solid set of experience building products for mobile apps. You'll have experience working and collaborating in a tech environment, with a real focus on working with payments, financial products or other highly regulated industries.

Our ideal candidate will tick all of the following:
- Payment(s) experience
- Figma expertise
- Track record of shipping great design, and an understanding of what details matter at each stage of the release cycle
- Experience with identifying and solving complex and ambiguous design problems
- Effective prototyping skills (motion design skills are a bonus, too)
- Strong understanding and application of user-centred design methods and principles
