The European arm of the world's largest automotive services organisation just secured its biggest contract to date - a partnership that will double vehicle management capacity across nine countries and anticipates 30% growth by 2026. They connect every stage of the vehicle lifecycle through digital platforms that serve manufacturers, dealers, and fleet operators managing 250,000+ vehicles annually.

The Role
You'll own UX and UI design across digital products that bridge complex business goals into intuitive user experiences. This means leading the full design process - from research and strategy through wireframes, prototypes, and visual design - with genuine creative autonomy to shape how the brand communicates through digital-first channels.

You'll translate strategic objectives into user journeys that connect manufacturers, dealers, and fleet operators through market-leading platforms. The work spans consumer-facing interfaces and professional trade systems, requiring you to distil complex information for clarity while presenting design decisions to senior stakeholders across the organisation.

This is design ownership, not execution. You'll collaborate with internal teams and external partners on transformation projects that directly impact how millions of vehicles are bought and sold across Europe, working on the digital infrastructure that connects an entire automotive ecosystem.

The Person
A Digital Designer with 3 - 4 years of experience working within automotive, fintech, or complex B2B digital platforms. You're currently at a mid-sized agency or in-house team, confident in presenting to senior stakeholders and translating business requirements into user-centred design solutions. 

You have experience with research methodologies, data analysis, and creating wireframes for multi-stakeholder digital ecosystems, comfortable working across both consumer-facing and professional trade platforms.
