The Role
You'll drive measurable commercial impact by designing and executing structured A/B testing programmes that identify and validate conversion opportunities. Working embedded within cross-functional performance squads, you'll collaborate directly with designers, data analysts, and performance marketing specialists rather than operating in isolation.

Your focus centres on building evidence-led hypotheses through systematic UX analysis - assessing information hierarchy, navigation flows, and checkout processes to surface friction points with documented commercial impact. You'll use quantitative analytics and qualitative research to identify performance trends, translating findings into clear recommendations for both clients and internal teams.

This is a client-facing role where you'll represent the studio's optimisation capability as a subject matter expert, presenting findings with confidence and managing project expectations. You'll contribute commercially by managing billable time to utilisation targets and identifying cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.

The Person
You're currently working as a CRO specialist or optimisation consultant at an eCommerce-focused agency or in-house for a D2C/B2B brand. You have 3 - 5 years of experience delivering A/B testing programmes, and you understand statistical significance and testing methodology. 

You're comfortable with analytics platforms and behaviour analysis tools, with practical experience using testing platforms. You're currently billing time to clients and managing your own workload in a commercial environment.
