The Role
We are seeking a Contract Product Designer to help shape the future of customer experiences. In this role, you will design intelligent support systems that enable AI-powered agents and human support representatives to work together seamlessly, helping customers resolve issues quickly, accurately, and with confidence.

You will focus on designing agent workflows, decision-support experiences, escalation paths, and operational tools that power support at scale. Your work will directly influence how millions of support interactions are managed across complex customer journeys.

The Person
