The Position
A key player in the creative process, you’ll shape and define briefs from ideation through to delivery.

You’ll be the mastermind behind concepts and have a front-row seat when it comes to seeing your ideas brought to life, lending your expertise to any and all aspects of the process - think storyboarding, planning, shoots, etc. 

The team will look to you for direction, so you’ll know exactly how to translate, communicate and pitch your ideas to get them ready for production.

What We’re Looking For
A concept-led and energetic Art Director with lots of passion and bucketloads of ideas.

You’ll have a varied portfolio and experience working with brands big and small, we want to see plenty of fresh creative thinking and projects that span above-the-line social campaigns, advertising and marketing too.

This is a team that’s used to delivering award-winning work so it’s important that you have the same focus. You’ll be a motivating and empowering presence in the studio - the type of person who knows how to get the best out of the people you work with.
