Confident in your projects, you’ll be comfortable presenting and explaining ideas to both the internal team and clients alike. You’re someone who definitely knows the value of open discussions, collaborative approaches and trusting relationships, and you’ll always look to forge the best route to crafting creative and conceptually strong work. Encouraging and inspiring those around you to craft their best work, you’ll utilise your leadership and management skills to mentor and support junior members of the team. You have a concept-first approach to design and a creatively strategic process for working. With plenty of design experience under your belt already, you’ll be highly skilled and well-rounded across different sectors. Your portfolio will be a real multidisciplinary mix; it should shine a light on your luxury work, and it should highlight your hands-on approach and how you totally own your work.
