Working across social media creative ideation, design outputs and production rollout, you’ll take a sub-brand and its guidelines and create something you can truly be proud of. You’ll utilise your skills to ensure each brief is taken from concept and ideation stages through to execution, putting your static design sensibilities and deep understanding of motion principles to good use. It’s important that you’ll manage your time and workload with some real expertise, communicating with those around you effectively and quickly becoming a reliable and valued member of this brilliant team. What We’re Looking For Highly motivated with a creative mindset, you’re definitely someone who always strives for excellence within your work. With the confidence to work to tight brand guidelines but also bring fresh ideas to the table, you're someone with the confidence to think outside of the box, always ready to get well and truly stuck in, to produce the best work possible. With plenty of design experience up your sleeve already, you'll be a real expert when it comes to the Adobe Suite and After Effects - we want to see a portfolio that’s full of energy, with plenty of playful designs, but also examples that show off your motion skills too. Last but not least, commercial design experience working within the public sector or with healthcare clients would be a real bonus here.
