It’s important that you manage your time and workload with some real expertise, communicating with those around you effectively to work out how each individual brand can thrive in the world around them. A real design enthusiast, you’ll keep up with all the latest styles and trends to take your work to the next level. What We’re Looking For An enthusiastic and passionate Midweight Designer, we’re looking for a highly motivated individual who has a real wow factor to their work. We want to see a portfolio that’s a real all-rounder - we particularly want to see lots of conceptual design, but some personal projects and examples of digital design would be great too. A creative mindset with the confidence to bring ideas to the table is key here - you’ll be someone with experience in brand strategy, who is consistently thinking outside of the box, ready to get stuck in to produce the best work possible. - A more diverse team is a more creative team.
