The Position
Taking full creative ownership of projects, you’ll start with ideation meetings and concept creation, confident in your ability to pitch and present your ideas and designs, all the way through to final output, which could be anything from events, PowerPoints, point of sale, exhibition stands, and so much more.
Heavily focused on the digital side of things too, you’ll work your magic across websites, social, email and videos, ensuring that everything you create is of the highest quality.
A real brand champion, you’ll adapt effectively to each and every brief, requirement and format that comes your way, interrogating and challenging briefs and keeping a strategic bird's eye view across the design team to guarantee work is both accurate and considered.
What We’re Looking For
We want to speak to Senior Designers who have either agency or in-house experience, with a strong portfolio full of energy, attention to detail and strong typography and art direction too.
You’re absolutely someone who knows how to get the best out of the people around you, and you’ll be excited by the prospect of owning a range of projects. You’ll talk us through your previous successes, the thought processes behind your work and the challenges you’ve overcome during your impressive creative journey.
Committed to great design, you’ll be someone who knows their way around the Adobe Suite, Figma and more, but you also stay up to date with the latest trends within the design world, always looking for ways to develop your knowledge and improve your skillset.
