Senior Recruiters: Now’s your chance to join the Craft team
We’re looking to grow our London team with recruiters who are ambitious, knowledgeable and ready to make a difference.
What’s it like to work at Craft?
We are the recruitment partner who powers up the design industry. Craft is a specialist partner to the greatest design studios in the world, truly embedded in the design and brand community. Our clients choose us because of how we think, how we work, who we are connected to – and above all, our level of care.
Our team is united by shared values of accountability, collaboration and excellence. We have in-house specialists in people management, marketing, operations and finance, so you can focus on what you do best.

The job
You’ll successfully manage end-to-end recruitment projects, delivering excellence for clients and results for Craft, transforming studios, defining businesses and moving categories along the way.
To excel as a Senior Recruiter in the design world, here are the traits we consider essential:
- Committed to building meaningful, long-term relationships with your clients
- Confidently attracting and developing your candidate network
- Unearthing opportunities and taking action, backed up with top negotiation and sales management skills
- Understanding the value of, and actively embracing, good working practices
- An ambitious attitude, positive personality and consultative approach

Our expectations
We’ve consistently grown our company over a decade; this is a business built on positive momentum, not the rollercoaster of a typical recruitment business. 2025 is already our most successful year to date, and we’re looking to grow with intent.
It’s time to grow the Craft team with someone driven, collaborative and self-motivated. You’ll need to know the difference between good design and world-class creative; a skill perfectly paired with a commercial mindset and strong track record in design recruitment.
You’ll be working on permanent recruitment projects, recruiting for ambitious design studios, brand agencies and in-house creative teams. As a seasoned Recruiter, you should be confident in growing accounts and identifying potential in all that you do, with a genuine interest in the design industry.
This is an opportunity best suited to somebody based in London. 80% of our team work from our Manchester HQ two days a week, but our remote workers join us around once a month for key team meets.
If all of that sounds like something you want to be a part of, let’s talk.

This is just a glimpse into what life at Craft could look like for you:
Work-life balance
We work a 4.5-day week, with flexible working hours and 25 days annual leave. It keeps us happy, energised and focused.
Investment in our people
Investment in your personal development is essential, for us and for you. We work with everyone to build and execute progression plans, with clear and transparent pathways for promotion and personal growth. Plus, we invested over £2,500 per person in professional development last year.
Commission
Our commission structure is uncapped and industry-leading, in addition to your basic pay. No thresholds. No ceiling.
Plenty of incentives
We host regular and varied All Agency Days, sharing moments of celebration, transparent company updates, and external speakers to keep us plugged in to the industry.
We all vote on a monthly perk, which includes socials, trips & treats. Meals out, vouchers, getaways, extra holiday days – every month is different. Team trips abroad have included Copenhagen, Amsterdam and Porto!
And that’s not all…
Other benefits on offer include enhanced parental leave, 24/7 mental health support, discounted gym membership and our flagship Flexi500 bonus. This is a remote working role, but we invest in memberships at awesome coworking spaces if you’d like.
